I have a samsoung galaxy S8 phone and would like some help to fix this issue

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have tried calling samsoung but they say that I could send it into a repair centre but I don't really want to do that so any advice for my situation?

The error normally comes up when rooted software is found. Has the device been rooted?
