SupportI ordered the Z Fold 3 Silver from Samsung website under the TITU promo last 11/30. However, it is already on my 5th day (weekends excluded) from ordering and the status is still "Processing". I have ordered previously from the website (A13 and Buds Live) and they were shipped four working days after. And it was delivered in Rizal, the Fold will be delivered in Makati. This is a bit frustrating as I was about to get the phone from a telco but surprise, they don't have stock since September.

SupportHi. Per your CS, the delay was caused by limited number of freebies (starter pack). Can't Samsung send the unit first then freebies to follow? It has been 10 working days since I placed and paid my order and I will be leaving next week for Christmas vacay. 🥺
