Even after the update the problem still occur. How could I fixed this? Am I the only facing this problem?

Also, I already received January update and my phone still has no Maintenance Mode😤

I don't think my phone will get that features, other mid range only phone have that while mine doesn't have, lol nice.

Hello Shinraa,

We are sorry to hear about your experience with your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE having issues with app crashes while opening the secure folder, and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused you.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device.

Set Up Secure Folder.

Step 1. Navigate to and open Settings, then tap Biometrics and security, and then tap Secure Folder. Tap Continue.

Step 2. Allow the necessary permissions by tapping Continue. If needed, sign into your Samsung account, and then tap OK.

Step 3. You'll be prompted to set up a security method like a PIN, password, or pattern for accessing Secure Folder. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your passcode and access to your Secure Folder. Then, tap OK

Step 4. You'll be prompted to turn on Reset with your Samsung account. If you do not turn on this option, you will not be able to access your secure folder if you forget your PIN, password, or pattern. Tap Activate if you'd like to be able to recover your Secure folder.

If you’ve forgotten the security credentials for your Secure Folder, you can easily reset it if you have enabled Reset with Samsung account. Open Secure Folder, and then enter what you think is your PIN, pattern, or password. If it is incorrect, tap the Forgot prompt. Then, tap Reset on the pop-up, and sign in to your Samsung account. You will be prompted to select another PIN, pattern, password, or registered fingerprint. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new security credentials. Now, you’ll be able to access Secure Folder again.

If you did not activate Reset with Samsung account when you set your security method, you will not be able to recover access to your Secure Folder.

Open Secure Folder in Safe Mode

Step 1. Tap on the Power icon on the Notification panel.

Step 2. Then, press and hold the Power off menu.

Step 3. Then, tap on Safe Mode.

Step 4. Navigate to Secure Folder and open it.
