Hi, I may have done this last year and raised a major concern about my phone's software update..I'm getting tired of waiting for an update on my phone so I'm just gonna give up..It's unreasonable for samsung to make a customer wait for almost 5 months now...This is ridiculous..In our family all of us have the same phone's and yet they got an update and I don't?? This is clearly frustrating forme as a valid customer..I know about how you get different schedule for different models but God! 5 months??? I give up😑

Keep your eyes on the Software update section of your Settings menu to see if you have an update waiting to download. Also, you will be notified about any updates via a push notification :)
