MISSING SIM CARD MANAGER

Hi. I just wanted to know why my phone (Galaxy Z Flip 5) has no SIM Card Manager? I can't install my E-SIM from my old Iphone 11. The ESIM compatibility is the main reason I bought the galaxy Z Flip 5 for an uprade but it is very disapplinting that I cannot install my E-SIM. Please help. Firmware is F7310ZCS1BWL7

It seems like your phone only has one IMEI and I think you need a separate IMEI for every mobile number so there should be another IMEI for the eSIM.
With this find, I think you should go back to the store and talk to them about it.

It is more likely on the hardware side of things.

I'm not sure if there's a single SIM variant of the Z flip series.
You can search the web for the specs of your phone model number - the SM-*** you can find in the about phone.

Did you get your phone from a network carrier? Usually, If the SIM Card Manager is missing on your device, it's likely your carrier disabled this feature. So if you want to add in a new e-sim, you would have to call or visit their nearest store so they can register the e-sim.

If its not, can you share where you purchased your device? You can also go to a service center near you to have it fixed.

I purchased it from an online merchat called kimstore.ph here in the Philippines.

Mejo gray market yang kimstore. Its not an official reseller of Samsung. Baka they sourced their devices from other countries, so magkakaroon ng software and hardware differences. Maybe you can check with them san galing? Or you can go to the service center lang din to have it checked. Most likely, it wont come with a warranty, so there might be charges.

If from Kimstore yung Z Flip mo, and the price is lower than the PH Variant (mga around 30k PHP) its probably a Taiwan or Hongkong Variant
