They provide the yellow copy which is the delivery receipt. Make that as your reference and contact the online shop for the OR.

Have you tried calling the hotline for assistance? I know the phshop email as well because that is where i followed up my orders too. Buy try reaching out thru the hotline as well.

Yes po 2days na ko tumatawag kaso puro follow up nalang din magagawa nila sa ph shop ni samsung hanggang ngayon wala pading sinesend si phshop
