ONE UI 4.0 Android 12 update keeps delaying in my Galaxy A01!!

Why is my Galaxy A01 won't upgrade to the ONE UI 4.0 Android 12 update? even though I did received and updated the software today, its been a month and a 3 months of patience it keeps delaying but still I didn't get the ONE UI 4.0 Android 12 update and its already OCT 01 when it should be released on JUL why is that?

My galaxy a11 android 12 upgrade is supposed to be this september, but I only got a security patch.
