Supportif i am in your condition i will restart the phone first, if restarting the phone doesn't fix it then i will backup every single data from my phone to samsung cloud then i will factory reset the phone, so i can restore all my data from samsung cloud, if you have limited mobile data then backup your data by using smart switch to your PC
but wait here, don't restore your data just yet! let's say after factory reset the phone acting the same even w/o your data restoration which mean your phone need service, something broken inside your phone. So hopefully after right factory reset your phone can be connected normally to WiFi again then you can restore your data from smart switch/samsung cloud

SupportDont do a factory reset of phone; you might regret it.
Just check some apps in your phone that is set to always connect to the cloud or internet.
