Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (Wi-Fi) IMEI

Hi! I recently bought an S7 FE tablet and was trying to claim a free cover through Samsung Redemption, however, it's asking for the IMEI No. which was not present in Settings > About Phone. It just showed "IMEI > Unknown"

Go to Samsung Members > Get help or Support > My products > tap the information (i) icon. You'll see your IMEI. Or, look for the IMEI on the back of the tablet.

how about look at back physically of the tablet the small imei

Hello josemalaya,

Thank you for bringing out to us your inquiry about the missing IMEI number on your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (Wi-Fi). 

Following are ways in order to find out your device IMEI.

1) Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the gear Settings icon.

2) Scroll to and select About tablet. The device's phone number will be displayed.

3) From the About phone screen, select Status information. 

4) The device's serial number will be displayed.

You can also view your serial number by entering *#06# from the keypad.

Hi, tried these steps but still can't see the IMEI (only the S/N is present). When I dial *#06#, the tablet shows SM-T733 is not supported on showIMEI

I also purchased a Wi-Fi model. Wala talaga IMEI because that's for units with a SIM card. You can still redeem, just use the Serial Number instead. I was able to redeem mine, currently pending shipping.SmartSelect_20220928_090041_Chrome_1000000195_1664326919.jpg

Wow. Thanks for the reassurance! I got confused for a while kasi I received an email with a subject na "Invalid Attachment" but the reason was "Validated with Complete Requirements". I filed a ticket na din and am just waiting for the confirmation, but it's good to know that my claim is valid. Thank you so much!
