Does anyone know how to stop Customisation App from downloading continuously on an A 9+. Tablet. I went in and forced stop in my settings and unpicked force stop.
Is this after an update? Sometimes old stuff in the cache of an app interferes with the new. To fix you clear the cache and restart. BUT you are likely to lose ALL settings in that app. This could be a big problem in this app. Before starting backup using Settings, Backup and backup using both Samsung and Google. This may help if you have problems.
