TabletsWhen you are typing in the middle of existing text, the system will either insert the characters you type, or overwrite the characters to the right of the cursor. In Windows, you hit the INSERT key to toggle this setting. Looking for info on how to do this in Android.

TabletsHi @CanuckInOz, I don't believe this is a function available on Android at the moment.
If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

TabletsHi @SamsungTina, while you may not "believe" this function is not available on Android, I was expecting you to contact someone that could tell you definitively whether this function is available or not. Perhaps there is an undocumented hot-key that toggles this function on/off?

TabletsPerhaps this is an opportunity for Samsung to be a leader here and make this feature available on their devices?

TabletsActually it does do it. My samsung ultra is doing it suddenly and I cant figure out how to stop it. Very frustrating especially when your training and info tells us it doesnt exist. Yet it definately does.
