Pros and Cons of Samsung Galaxy S7 SE tab

Hi guys, my Macbook Air 2017 release is on its way to basically being useless with its battery reliable on its charger for it to work and its lcd painfully damaged. Having it repaired isn't an option, so the S7 FE tab is on my list.

I use my laptop just for the usual (heavy) kitchen paperwork, research and development, to watch movies and browse the net. Basic stuff, nothing super techy or whatnot. I'm also currently using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus.

Your suggestions or thoughts on the S7 FE tab for the purposes/uses abovementioned would be highly appreciated and would be of great help. I look forward to hearing what you guys have to say. Thanks in advance!

If you want a laptop replacement, I suggest you get a premium model. Might be worth looking at any of the S8 line-up.

If those are your purpose for looking for a replacement then S7 FE is a good option. As you're already using a S20+ so there won't be any adjustment for you as you are use to the samsung ecosystem already. Also in terms of durability Samsung is synonymous with it as I still have my Galaxy Tab 10.1 (2011) and still working.

Well, a laptop and a tablet runs on a different level of productivity for it's software differences. But if you'll gonna use a tab for basic stuffs like you have mentioned, the Tab S7 FE will definitely be more than enough.

It has a 12.4" screen that's not only great for watching/streaming movies but is also good for your paper works. And if that screen isn't enough for you, you can also connect it to a bigger outer display with Samsung Dex on the house and feel that PC like interface😉

The Battery performance is also great for me, a charge of 85% lasts more than a day, what more if I charge it to 100%😁

Another useful feature it has is that I use this tab as a Second Screen/Screen Extension of my PC at work😉
