samsung galaxy tab s8 ultra with samsung m8 monitor

Hi community. when the tablet is attached to this monitor (in both Dex and non Dex mode), the display doesnt stretch on the m8 to fill the screen width. I am wondering if there is a fix for this. I dont experience the same problem when connecting my Zfold 3.

In the old days you would change the settings on the monitor, worth trying.

Unfortunately this monitor does not allow screen res changes.
