So when I try to load videos I sometimes have to restart youtube before it works.

I don't think this is because of the internet.

I will use this Samsung ad as an example.

That's only when it starts working.

Not a big deal for me but it's weird.

Does anybody else have this issue?

I will try clearing youtube cache later.
