The below video is the comparison between Video and Pro Video Mode in Samsung phone with Pro Video mode as option when shooting a video.

Normal Video Mode Setting
Click the Fullscreen [ ] button to see better the video on portrait mode
Normal Video Settings
In normal setting you will not notice the flickering and changing of the led lights as the frequency of your phone's camera and lights are the same.

 Pro Video Setting
Click the Fullscreen [ ] button to see better the video on portrait mode
Pro Video Setting
To make the lights dance follow the simple steps below:

1. Select the video camera settings to Video Pro. 
2. Set your ISO to the lowest then hit the record button then gradually increase the ISO to Max, you'll notice that your screen will start to flicker as you move slider to the maximum ISO. 
3. You can post process your video clip using the Samsung built in movie editor.

That is pretty crazy!!😯...I was quite enjoying the first video 📹☺️, wasn't expecting that in the second one..just shows by using the different modes, u can get some amazing shots and videos 😀
