Raising an Error Report via Samsung Members app

Having issues connecting to a Wi-Fi network, sending or receiving text messages or even establishing a Bluetooth connection? Simply raise an Error Report through the Samsung Members app, and our Technical Team will be able to investigate the issue and provide further support to resolve your query. Follow the below guide to learn how to raise an Error Report through the Samsung Members app.

 

1. Launch the Samsung Members App

2. Tap on Support

3. Scroll down the screen and select Send feedback

4. Tap on the pencil icon

5. Select Error reports

6. Choose a category below

7. Tap on frequency

8. Choose between Once, Often or Sometimes

9. Tap on the text box and explain the issue you are facing with your Galaxy device. If you would like to add any screen recordings or screenshots to your error report, tap on the paperclip icon. Once you are ready to send your error report, select the send icon on the top right hand corner.

Please ensure that Send system log data is ticked.

10. Once our technical team have reviewed the feedback, you can select the Error report to view the response from our Error Reports Team

11. You can then review the responses from our team and also ask extra questions.

Our technical team will provide a response within 48 hours of the Samsung Member lodging the Error Report.

The team consists of real people, and they will provide you with the best possible steps to help investigate the issue and provide personalised support for you.

Hi @Members_5xHZJNo,

Upon checking with our Error Reports team, they have responded to all tickets that were raised to them. The ticket that was raised on the 10th of July has been raised to another department for further analysis. The error reports team will get back to you once they have received a response.

If you no longer wish to wait for a log analysis, please visit your nearest Authorised Service Centre for a hardware assessment of your device.
