When you have a new message, email or missed call, you will be able to swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Notification Panel and see at a glance what the notification details are. When there are notifications sitting in the Notification panel, you will also see an icon in the very top of the screen, as well as an Badge on the application itself.

Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary.
