TV & AudioI also have a September 2022 purchased Frame and have almost exactly the same issue. The remote started losing its charge rapidly since February. The battery lasts for a short time then the TV tells us it’s low on battery again. Does Samsung have any update on this or directions on how to replace the rechargeable battery?
