Frame TV remote won't charge

My 2 month old frame TV's remote will not charge via plug in or solar. We luckily set up a phone to be a remote. Any ideas?

I have an September 2022 purchased Frame and my remote started losing its charge rapidly since January. Now it will last about 15 minutes before needing to be plugged in. So the battery is not holding any charge and I'm not convinced the solar panel never really worked. I looked at my warranty and see the remote only had a 6 month warranty. Does Samsung have any update on this or directions on how to replace the rechargeable battery?

did you have a do lotion for a remote not charging and constantly saying low 10% even after being charged in the sun and on a cord ?

I also have a September 2022 purchased Frame and have almost exactly the same issue. The remote started losing its charge rapidly since February. The battery lasts for a short time then the TV tells us it’s low on battery again. Does Samsung have any update on this or directions on how to replace the rechargeable battery?
