Hi Samsung Team, recently I purchased your QN85A 75" TV, and overall i have been very happy with the TV.
However, one of the features I bought it for was the Game Motion Plus which would allow me to play some lower frame rate games old and new with smoother motion at the cost of a little latency. However, this feature does not seem to be working on this model of TV?
With game motion plus active, adjusting both the blur and judder reduction seems to have no change at all when playing games that are at 30fps. I have tested with PS5, PS3 and a Pi4 retro gaming set-up. All settings on the slider 0 to 10 for both Judder Reduction and Blur Reduction make no difference.
I have also seen some people comment online this is the same on the QN90A with the function not working, but other older tv models seem to work ok.
Can you please look into this as this was one feature I was very interested in and one of my deciding factors when purchasing the TV, and I was a little let down to see it makes no difference when active.
Hope to see this rectified in future firmware update.
It works fine. Disable VRR on your console or your PC and the option will no longer be greyed out. For VRR compatible games use VRR > motion plus but otherwise make sure VRR is turned off. Check my review of this screen here https://youtu.be/vs0NxtfxjuA
I have just purchased a qn90b and I seem to have the same issue, game motion plus seems to do very little or nothing to games running at 30fps or less.

Has this been addressed yet? I have a 90b mini led and have the same issue with 30fps games interpolated to 60fps with game motion plus. The 60 to 120 seems to work. But 30 to 60 does barely anything. I may seem a tiny bit better, but it's definitely not 60fps. And I obviously have vrr off and my console/pc set at 60hz.
I've just bought a 90b and I'm experiencing exactly the same behavior you are describing. I choose that TV for that feature, and I'm very disappointing. But I'm wondering if the issue is due to when a game is running at 30fps, the ps5 still use a 60fps signal, so I'm guessing the TV add frames to go up to 120 but it does not add frame between the 30 because the slots are already filled by the ps5.
