TV & AudioHi all,
Recently had to replace the remote for my Samsung Q6 TV. Unfortunately the channel button on the new remote doesn't work with Foxtel IQ 4 like the old one did. Clicking it does nothing. It works on the TV+ app, just not on Foxtel.
Has anyone has similar experiences or can suggest a way to resolve the issue?
Thanks in advance 🙂

TV & AudioHi @Suddenspiral, have you set up the new remote as a universal remote?

TV & AudioHi Laura,
Thanks for the reply. My universal remote setup looks different to the link you provided. Please see attached image. I assume I'd need to do something with the Foxtel entry, but I'm not sure what. Any advice?

TV & AudioHi @Suddenspiral, click 'Foxtel' and follow through the prompts. If you get stuck on anything, feel free to let me know.

TV & AudioHi again, Laura.
I clicked 'Foxtel' and went through the following steps:
HDMI 2 is the port Foxtel is currently connected to.
I click 'Yes' but nothing seems to happen.
Sorry, this seems to be proving a tricky one...
