TV & AudioThe soundbar is no longer available to connect via BT. I used to stream music from my mobile phone through the hw-t450 speakers by simply pairing the devices. Now the screen flashes "BT READY" endlessly while my phone searches for a device that never shows up.
Another change was the display of the volume: before it would show the number it was set to, now it just says "Samsung (Optical)"

TV & AudioHi @ebid50780, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your soundbar. A few suggestions I have are:
1. Restart your phone. This can clear the cache and remove any background processes that may be interfering with the connection.
2. Cold reboot of the device. Turn off the soundbar and unplug for at least two minutes before restarting.
3. Check if your soundbar software is up-to-date. For information on how to update your soundbar, visit the following link:

TV & AudioHi Laura, about your suggestions...
1. Def not, I tried with 3 devices running 2 different OS (iphone & android) and they all failed while all connecting to other BT devices without issues.
2. I did unplug the optical that connects to the tv but not sure if that's considered a cold reboot. I'll try this one after #3
3. I will upgrade following your link though smartthings app says it's ok.
Thank you for the reply!
