TV & AudioMy sound bar is connected via HDMI cable direct to an Xgimi Aura projector. Everything works fine, except when I watch movies stored on my NAS, the sync is noticeably out. The sound lags behind the vision.
I have tried using the sound bar remote to alter the sync, and have a range of +6 to -12 shown on the bar. However, this method of adjustment has no effect at all and the sync stays the same no matter what I select. If I use the sync adjustment in the SmarterThings app, it works, but I have a range of 0 to +300ms. My issue is that I need a negative number to properly sync things up. Is this something that can be fixed with a software update to the app, i.e, give me a -300ms option as well?

TV & AudioHello @ u9026a
I apologise that you have had trouble with your soundbar connecting properly. I recommend you follow the below troubleshooting steps with the soundbar.
- Check the software of the soundbar.
If it's the most recent version, move to step 2.
2. Reset the soundbar.
*You must re-sync the soundbar with the SmartThings app and Google Home after resetting it.
*If the problem persists, you must uninstall and reinstall Google Home and try again.
*If the issue persists, please refer to Google for further consultation.
Regards,
SamsungClaudette
