TV UA55NU8000 - About 3 days ago I lost all digital channels. Going to the TV Source I get a warning "No Signal". I've tried re-scanning, removing the PVR which the aerial passes through, updating software, resetting the TV. Nothing seems to work. When I re-autotune I only get the 66 Samsung TV channels, no Free to Air ones.

At one point I lost the whole 'Broadcasting' menu aswell (it is back now). But I have lost the whole Terristrial TV Source button.

Any ideas??

Nothing.

I do normally have a Topfield PVR connected. But I disconnected that to troubleshoot. Didn't make a difference. So with zero connections I still have the issue.

I know it's not an aerial issue, as when the PVR is connected I can still watch all the channels through that.

I have exactly the same problem. I thought it might be related to the big storm we had in Melbourne last night but I can see you lost access prior to that.

Hi everyone, thank you for bringing this to our attention. For 'No Signal' issues please check the following:

• Make sure the connection to the device is correct and that all cables are fully inserted.

• Remove and reconnect all cables connected to the TV and the external devices. Try new cables if possible.

• Confirm that the correct input source has been selected ( Home > Source).

• Perform a TV self diagnosis to determine if the problem is caused by the TV or the device (Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Picture Test or Start Sound Test).

• If the test results are normal, reboot the connected devices by unplugging each device's power cord and then plugging it in again. If the issue persists, refer to the connection guide in the user manual of the connected device.

• If you are not using a cable box or satellite box, and your TV is receiving TV signals from an antenna or a cable wall connector, run Auto Tuning to search for channels ( > Settings > Broadcasting > (Auto Tuning Settings) > Auto Tuning).

– The Auto Tuning Settings may not appear depending on the model or geographical area.

– If you are using a cable box or satellite box, please refer to the cable box or satellite box manual.

Hope these help!

No, unfortunately. As I said there are ZERO devices connected.

And today, the whole 'Broadcasting' menu is greyed out, so I can't even try auto tuning again...

And the 'Start Setup' menu is also greyed out so I can't reset the system.

Hi guys, that's strange. For greyed out issues, please check:

1. Please check the cable and antennae connection to the TV.

2. Ensure you are on Live TV app.
