TV & AudioHi guys,
I currently have the Samsung projector (SP-LSP7TFAXXY) that I have connected to my Foxtel IQ4 box. I pay foxtel for the UHD channels however when I land on a UHD channels I get a compatibility error message (pictured). I’ve tried using different HDMI ports on the projector as well as using different HDMI2.0 cables in those different ports however nothing seems to rectify the issue. The confusing part is sometimes when I turn on the projector it indicates that it’s running on a UHD resolution which means I can actually watch those UHD channels (very rarely does this happen), while majority of the time it indicates that the projector is running on FHD resolution (also pictured).
I’ve seen online that people needed to turn on a setting relating to HDMI enhancement/HDMI UHD etc however the projector has no such setting.
Does anyone have experience with this issue or be able to help?
