It may sounds weird but this is what happened tonight and appreciated if the community has any comment and help:

Firstly, I have two Frame TVs (2022). All of sudden, while I was watching YouTube on TV 1, it started acting weird - basically it freeze and jumping between menu and Samsung TV Plus. I've tried everything I could (unplug/plug and etc) but TV simply cannot be controlled. Once it restarted, it goes to menu and switch to Samsung TV Plus automatically. I just couldn't control it therefore can't reset it by going to setting and simply do anything about it.

Then the next weird thing happens, the same Frame TV downstairs (TV 2) was working so I took the One Connect Box upstairs, basically swapping two OCB and trying to see if that's TV's issue or box's issue. Then like virus, that OCB became the same and have the same issue after I connect the box to the TV 1.

I took the OCB downstairs and reconnect to its original TV (TV 2), OMG, same problems.

Within 30 mins, both my Frame TVs are 'broken'!

Does anyone know what happened? Also do you know how to 'hard reset' the Frame TV, is there any physical 'reset button' on the box or TV?

Curious to hear if you guys found a solution as this just happened yesterday to our 2020 Frame TV and there is no way to reset it that im aware of besides unplugging from power but that didnt even work for us. Once we plug back into power it just goes back to same weird cycle. It basically is repeatedly turning off then on every 15 seconds. I can hear the OneConnect box "clicking"  to shut off and then on. It brings up "The Frame" in white lettering with black background then briefly goes to samsung TV Plus for about 1-2 seconds while screen remains black but we can hear brief audio, then it just keeps doing this over and over again with absolutely nothing that will stop it besides unplugging power. Have tried basically everything - unplugging everything from power source, turning off wifi so its off network but nothing works and remote does not do anything either.

I literally just started experiencing the same issue that you had, just ten days after you posted this. Did you find out anything?
