Soundbar Can't Connect to SmartThings

My Q950A was showing as offline in SmartThings on my Samsung Galaxy phone. Previously, it had been connected for well over 12 months. Now, I cannot get it to connect again.

I removed it from the app

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app

I tried removing the power cable from the soundbar for a minute

I tried rebooting my phone

I reset the soundbar

I tried pressing Network button on bottom of the soundbar

I tried SmartThings app on my iPad

Both the phone and the iPad are up to date

Every time I try to add the soundbar, the app sees it and asks if I want to add it.

The app asks me to hold the volume down button on the soundbar

The iPad app asks me to select a network. I've tried connecting my phone to both 2.4GHz and 5Ghz. I even set up a new 2.4GHz network to try.

Everything seems to work but on the screen Adding device to SmartThings, nothing happens for a few minutes and then it fails with Error code: 15-200

I've been at this on and off for over 6 hours and I have no more ideas.

What else can I do?
