My Television screen just happened to randomly give way, the technician came out to assess it and told me Samsung will find a resolution and most likely have to replace it as they could not get the screen in for that particular model at this time... I now have been calling Samsung a minimum of 2 times a week (FOR WHAT IS COMING ONTO BEING 2 MONTHS NOW!) to be told that the case manager has not looked into the case as of yet, that the issue will be flagged as a priority and be marked as urgent; and every agent also promises that they will take the case on personally and make sure that they follow it up within 48hrs which has not been done once. I have sent multiple emails to the case manager and every email address possible to Samsung and I still have not heard 1 thing back from day one!! 
This is absolutely appalling, I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years now (& even if I wasn't, this is still not acceptable!)
I am so very disappointed for the shocking customer service and lack of help I have received. Never again!!!
