I had an antenna installed and had all channels available after the auto tune, happy days. But then hours later, although channel list is still there, every channel has a blank screen with the message “this service is not available”
It sounds very likely to be your antenna is at fault with a loose connection if It was just installed where the installer no something might have fallen off of that's up in the roof or something.
