WearablesHi there, I have a Korean version of the Buds Pro and I can't use them in the Wearables app on an Australian phone (Galaxy S20). They will still connect to bluetooth for calls and audio, however I can't use any of the features in the app. I'm assuming the hardware is the same across all version but the firmware is different. Surely there is a way to get this to work?
Samsung support suggested I contact Samsung Korea. The trouble is I don't speak Korean and they don't speak much English...

WearablesHi @LimaFox, thanks for the clarification. Is it saying your 'Buds aren't connected' even while both earbuds are in use and out of the case?
Are you able to provide the serial number of your device?

WearablesThanks @LimaFox. In this case, would you be able to send us an error report via the Samsung Members app.
To send an error report, follow these steps:
- Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
- In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
- Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
- Click send.

WearablesWhat is the light indicator on the case displaying?
Are the Buds and Case fully Charged?
Is the case open? If not open the case for them to pair. (Make sure Bluetooth is activated)
If still no luck and they are fully charged i would recommend removing the buds out of the case 5 seconds then place them back in the case and hold down for 7-10 seconds with case open.
