WearablesI purchased a Galaxy Watch 4 for my wife expecting the band shape and size to be similar to her Active Watch 2, however it is enormous on her wrist. I then remembered when checking out that I wasn't prompted to indicate what band size to purchase and that there most be some gender-assumption that M/L is what needs to be put in the box. Now I'm looking at having to pay another ~$50 just because my wife has small wrists, doesn't seem right that she should be financially penalised because she has smaller wrists..

WearablesThat's nice and all but how about instead I send back this M/L band (unused) and Samsung exchange it for a S/M instead? Are you going to be able to help me with that or will I need to go through the other channels where I don't get responses/replies? I've still got a Q950A soundbar that I ordered in Dec that still hasn't been delivered for crying out loud. Terrible company to deal with when it comes to aftersales, too big, too ineffective, very disappointing.
