WearablesI've recently purchased a pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro and they have caused me ear irritation and an adverse allergic reaction, when I understand when left untreated can lead to infection.
I have not had this experience when using other earbuds - ie Airpods Pro
Its a widely reported issue online, with reported symptoms of itching, burning, redness, blistering, flaking, scabbing and/or fluid leaking from the ear.
I've contacted the AU Samsung Customer Care Team, and they have flat-out refused to acknowledge the issue, or provide a refund on my purchase.
Anyone else have similar issues?

WearablesIt is time for Samsung to stop making excuses for why we are suffering from the companies lack of moral responsibility. Take accountability and be honest with all the corners you cut to get this product out, KNOWING it was defective. Shame on Samsung, you sold out, I hope all the Samsung employees that are trying to deflect the issue, have their ears fall off and scab over too. I am disgusted with this, you will be sure I will be heard! Nobody needs your cold sympathy

WearablesDEPENDS ON WHAT COUNTRY YOURS WERE MANUFACTURED IN!! YOU WERE LUCKY!
It’s much worse than an “allergy “ That is a word Samsung is using to shift the blame, to the consumers they deceived. It is also known as manipulation darling

WearablesI visited hospital because of my ears irritation and watering issues with dryness without knowing the cause of this problems. I haved tryed many things it's helps for sometimes and the problems back again.
So I figured out to stop using the earbuds while I travel for 15 days and the ear issues disappeared at all.
So after my holiday vacation I started using them again and the my ears problem comes back with the same septums! So I decided to stop using them to save my ears.
I hope samsung can fix this problems and use different materials as I'm fan with Samsung products.

Wearablesstop being so naive, they are using toxic and hazardous materials in the earbuds. Not sure if it was the Korean shipment or china. But, this all happened right after the pandemic. My ears aren’t having an allergic reaction, they are disintegrating and peeling. Nothing is helping, not allergy meds, antibiotics or SAMSUNG

WearablesFor the past 6 months I've been going to an ENT doctor because of constant ear infections. Recently the doctor told me to stop using my galaxy buds 2 for a while to see what would happen after treatment and it seems that I'm gonna have to get some after market Bluetooth sets. I'll be contacting Samsung to inquire about a refund. This is unexceptable

WearablesI have 2 sets of samsung pro earbuds and am having dreadful ear problem. I have used silicon earbuds in the past with no issues at all. I have cleaned both sets meticulously and checked the fit. This is NOT a me problem !! I have excactly the same symptoms clear discharge which dries to scabby n flaky, itchy and sore. It is obvious this is a product materials issue and a serious one. I only bought my ear buds December 2023. Samsung you should have fixed this by now . Stop protecting your brand by blaming your customers.
