Hi @Darkness1974 WearOS4 / One UI 5 for the Galaxy Watch4/5 series will likely be made avaliable after the Watch6 series go on sale.
I'm running the Beta on a Korean Watch5, and it's currently on beta 4, which was released just before I went to Seoul. I checked it this morning after getting back, and there isn't a newer build or final build showing up for me.
There has been talk that the USA (who were also in the beta program) had started rolling out a final version, but I don't know much about what's going on there.
Edit: one of the new features, is the ability to move your Watch4/5 to a new phone without resetting, and even on the beta build, it works well 👍
