My Watch 4 Samsung Pay app got reset again this afternoon

2 weeks ago, my watch's Samsung Pay app reset for the first time. Then, this afternoon, it reset again for the 2nd time. Wonder if there is any reason for the app reset. As I have to keep looking for my cards' expiry dates and CV2 again to re-add them, which defeats the purpose of not carrying cards around.

Mine watch 5 and same thing. Till now can't link card back. Really useless

Hi, what I did was I uninstalled Samsung Pay on the watch itself and then reinstalled again. After that, it won't keep prompting ur app has been reset. And u can proceed to import ur cards and add them back again.

U mean that on ur Watch end, u clicked uninstalled Samsung Pay and from ur phone end, through the wearable app, u clicked Samsung Pay, it shows the app has not been installed on ur Watch end?

Woah seems like a big problem for ur end. Currently, u have any other devices connected on Wearable app?

In that case, could try to uninstall Galaxy Wearable app and reinstall again? See if it works.
