Hi, I've bought a s23 few last month and redeem for the bonus watch. But it's been over a week since the redemption I haven't got a tracking number or anything. I just want to know how long will take to get my watch.

Have you received any confirmation email that you are eligible for the bonus watch? Maybe also try contacting the Online Support via here in the Samsung Members app. You can ask them the status and the tracking number if they have it.1689563837375_1689563837368_0.jpg

Im also having trouble with this, i have redeemed in the right time period and ive only received an acknowledgment email. No tracking number or confirmation

Hi Joryn, my situation is same. I texted Samsung help center as _nok_ instructed and also called Samsung Australia , they both told me that this process might take 60 days.😒

I also bought my s23 last month on 30 June, but received no updates.
My status has been stuck on "Reviewed" since 5th July.
I have seen on Ozbargain forums, that they've been told Graphite is out of stock and they will be sent Silver instead.

However when I emailed to ask when it will be approved, I received the generic response that it takes 60 days for dispatch and delivery.
It's not helpful as my claim hasn't even been approved, let alone dispatched.

I had the same issue and sent an email to telco-promos@samsung.com. They resolved it there for me and it was then processed and marked as shipped, however, like the others I am waiting for a tracking number .... it would be great news if I did get a silver one instead of graphite. That was the colour on my wishlist 🙂

I'm having the same problem, I'm still waiting for my redemption order, which is a Galaxy 6 watch. It's saying that it was posted to me on the 22/1/24, but it did not have a tracking order number. I still haven't got the watch either, and it has been over 60 days since I ordered the watch, and at least 2.5 weeks since it said it was sent to me. I haven't received any emails at all for it. I'm not happy about it. It's very frustrating waiting for an answer. Hopefully, something might be done about it very soon.
