DiscussionI don't understand why Samsung still use them as their trade in partner, despite so many awful experience i ve been seeing in this community and Samsung just simply advise that "we don't have direct authority to our Trade-In Partner" no matter how awful Asurion are treating their customer... i just wanted to trade in my device before i receive my pre-order from samsung. Asurion said in their email that customer are allow to surrander their device before receive my order.. but when you contact Asurion or use their portal to do it they just not respond you with this request.... All Samsung can do is to tell me "we don't have direct authority to our Trade-In Partner"... so in short Asurion can just trade their customer however they want then..cuz there is no way to file an complaint against their service. my first time use Samsung official website to make an purchase, dissapointing experience so far...
