Hello, 

I recently purchased a S24 Ultra. I did 2 trade ins. The first phone was sent back and there has been a complete lack of communication from anyone. I recently got a $5 refund which is ridiculous. The Phone was working fine when I sent it in, so not sure what the problem was!

Given that experience, I want to cancel my second trade in and will not send the phone. 

I want to be able to speak to someone to sort this out and make sure I am not charged any additional charges. 

Can someone from Samsung / Asurion please contact me.

I don't think anyone would contact you from here. The only way to reach out to Asurion is through their portal and Samsung does not have any other contact information of Asurion. Good luck if you try their customer service team

They should have sent you an email advising about your return, such as if there was a problem.

I'm assuming from your post, they trade-up value was higher than what you eventually got?

Have you checked your spam folder to see if their email is there?

Otherwise, you can view the trade status and any issues from there.

Sadly, they're poor with communication 😞

NEVER deal with Asurion.... Never use them for a trade in.

I am always using Asurion but never send actual phone. Better to be charged $60 fee and sell the phone online for twice the price Asurion offers
