Just wondering if anyone knows how long does it take for the trade in process?
My device was delivered on Tuesday 13/02/2024, hear nothing so far, no email communication that they have received my device etc.

I'm the same. My devices arrived 12/02/2024, and then I received an email on the 13th that if my devices don't arrive, then I'll be charged a late fee. Still waiting for my refund

Just contacted Samsung online customer service, nothing that they can do to escalate, or communicate with them so it was a waste of my time to do that

That's it! This has to stop, this is beyond ridiculous. A modern day sales business, that doesn't provide an easy way to contact them (I guess unless you are at the 'give us your trade ins' part of the scam), barely answers phone calls or responds to emails, and takes our money and our goods, - our phones in this case, they never, (so far from what ive read), give a refund....well what sort of business is this! They are toying with our consumer rights and basically laughing in our faces. They are criminals and need to be stopped. Samsung also needs to stand up to these thieves, on behalf of its customers and for the sake of good. How can they continue operate 😡

Mine was received on Feb 11 from Auspost records, they sent reminder on13th for me to send in. I sent response with tracking no. and date received, they emailed on 17th to say accepted.
