Is there another way to contact Asurion than via care+ portal?

Hi, have been trying for 2 days via the care+ portal to get through to Asurion to organise a swap phone. Unable to proceed as i am required to verify my account with a one time pin that does not come through to my email. Have tried retrieving my account via sms and that works but then they still want me to receive the otp to my email for verification. Frustrating. Went to Samsung showroom and no help there. Is there a contact number or other method of contacting other than the portal? TIA

If you are using a smartphone or tablet, make sure the powersaving is disabled and the AutoSync is enabled, otherwise you might need to refresh your emails manually

Unless...is your email a personal email or work? Sometimes if work email, they stop some emails from coming through...?
