Online order status still not dispatched after 7 weeks

Hi, I made an online order for S23 ultra and watch 5 in the first week of February. The phone was delivered soon after  but the watch order is still sitting in the order accepted stage. I texted and called the customer service, but there is still no updates. I have been contacted 5 times from Samsung saying that your order will be dispatched soon, because we have escalated the matter however every time they call they don't have any answers or updates, all they say it someone else will contact you in 2-10 business days. I asked them to transfer the online order to nearest Samsung store and they say they can't do it, because it's not managed by same people, what does that even mean? It's one company. They don't allow for me to change the order as well. It's been six weeks now and still order hasn't been dispatched. Not sure what to do? I am tired of calling and texting customer service now, they are literally useless at this point.

I feel sorry for you, you are one of many who has suffered from Samsung Australia's poor sales and service. Google Samsung poor service and sales, as this will provide many more complaints, some including advice on contacting the TIO and State consumer bodies. A minor matter, Samsung Service Centres are independent franchisees so technical skills and quality of service may vary and they are different legal entities.

Hi SamsungClaudette

Upon checking the order page, now the delivery date for my order has been pushed further in April. Can you please assist with this at your earliest to resolve this. This is getting incredibly frustrating. I would like to pick my order up from the nearest Samsung store, can you please assist in transferring my online order to the closest Samsung Store so I can get my order. I have sent in an email to members Samsung as well last week, haven't heard anything back.

I am sorry that you are having this experience. The reason why some of the deliveries are being delayed are due to warehouse transitions that are taking place. Here at Samsung we are trying our best to get your orders delivered to you as soon as we can. I apologies  for any inconvenience caucused by this and I ask you to Please be patient.
