Samsung care plus has the worse customer service. No one can help you at samsung and samsung care plus portal is broken you can't buy yearly for ultra s24. I had to buy two year because site just returns error code no one at Samsung knows. Really disappointing
Being trying to cancel samsung care plus for three days now. Their customer care is the worst. Nobody should subscribe to it. They are skilled in handwashing off of issues. Very incompetent service
