Also, you can go to their portal:
https://samsungtradeup.asurion.com.au/
Login is the email you used when dealing with them. They will send a code, so keep an eye on your spam box.

DiscussionHaving the same issue here, honestly the most frustrating situation i've ever been in.
Ordered new s24+, paid the deposit and used the trade ID but then I decided to change my purchase to a S24 Ultra.
I'm still waiting on the refund from Samsung but at least support is responsive, I've emailed Asurion multiple times, I've only ever heard back from them once through their portal in which they asked for the refund/cancellation email and now I haven't heard back...
I was hoping to have this sorted out before the promotions ended but nothing seems to be happening on the refund front for samsung or asurion...

DiscussionHey bro same thing happened with me. I have been scammed by asurion and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. They have deducted $1070 in 2 separate transactions. I tired to trade my 2 months old Samsung galaxy s23 for s24 and I the trade up value was $535. They took $535 as a security deposit and returned it after 2 days. Last night they deducted $535 in two separate transactions then I had to call commonwealth bank to stop all transactions and requested them to issue new card. I was so shocked to find out that I’m not the only victim of trade up scam.
