I was going to trade in 2 mobile devices for the new s24 ultra and filled in all the details. 
After finding out I could get a better deal else wear I cancelled the order and trade in. 
1 day later I was charged $950 on my card even though it was cancelled. 
I've tried everything to get in contact with asurion but it's hopeless. I should have listened to hundreds of negative reviews on them online. 
They refuse to return any email and you can't even contact them by phone. 
I would like this resolve and my refund return ASAP

Yes same thing happened to me. 

I recently purchased a Samsung S24 online with a Trade-In Deal as a gift for my wife. However, we both ended up buying the same product, leading me to cancel my order (AU240212-81758515). While I received a refund for the device, I am encountering significant difficulties in obtaining a refund for the Trade-In Deposit.

Despite multiple attempts to contact Asurion regarding my Trade-In Refund (Trade ID SP92I656), I have not received any response. As this transaction was conducted through Samsung and involved a Samsung product, I think Samsung should take some responsibility here.
