Why did this upgrade make my phone look and feel exactly like an iPhone and how do I switch it back? I don't want oval buttons, delayed response, and split notification/system pulldowns. I want my note icon to be a ONE tile icon again. If Samsung wants to attract Apple consumers, then sell a Samsung Lemon phone and leave my original UI the *** alone.

I hate what they did with the clock widgets. I have to have them like this because I hate having the seconds

If they are going to curve everything, make them curve like the edge screen and look cool.
I'm also thinking of trading in my Fold 6 for the 7 if it looks like what they propose. But for the first time since Nokia and LG used to make cool phones, I'm open to another company's product 😮

That's a bit of an exaggeration @Mystonique. It doesn't feel exactly like an iPhone at all. Rounded corners are not 'owned' by Apple or iPhone. They are generally considered to be more organic/fluid and visually pleasing for UI elements. I am pleased to see Samsung adopting this styling.
As others have said, you can tweak you settings to have a combined notifications and settings panel and you can also customise pretty much every aspect of the ui to your liking.

I agree. There's so many things I dislike. Plus battery issues.
