Hi! Just wondering why my galaxy A73 5G phone doesn't connect easily to 5G network. It always turn to H+ only every time I turn on my mobile data I need to turn on-off airplane mode to have 5G connection. What is the best solution? Is there any problem with my phone? Note: I am using sim card/mobile data that is 5G-ready, its signal is pretty awesome. And this happens in any location I am.

Thanks.

Go to Settings>Connection>Mobile Networks. The Network Mode should be on Auto Connect to 5g

5G is the new generation of cellular network technology that is designed to be fast, more capable, and more reliable than the previous mobile networks. While your Samsung Galaxy A73 is 5G capable, there are times, if not most cases, when the connectivity will not be in 5G due to signal coverage or the area you are located momentarily.

So to ensure the status of the signal in your coverage area, you may also call the customer service representative of your Mobile Network Service Provider.

5G network really depends on the cell site of the area. As not all areas are 5G ready yet.

If the problem persist I suggest have your sim check first by your network provider. Then next would be your device. 😄
