Hello, I have something issue with my a50, if you had this issue also, then I'll appreciate you tell me how you got your working and do other people with that issue can fix that issue. Thank you

To be more specific with the problem if you want to help me, well , vidéo fast forward, and no volume coming out my phone but for some reason, when u connect my Bluetooth earbub, it work

Hi, I request you to please follow the below steps and check the device again.

Here is the path:

Power the device off.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.

Navigate with the Volume keys to the wipe cache partition option and press the Power key to select.

Performing a wipe cache partition removes any temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device.
