Hi Pullo, If Bluetooth device that you want to connect is not be scanned or thereare connection problems or performance malfunctions, try the followings: 1. Ensure that the device you wish to connect is ready to be scannedor connected to. 2. Ensure that your device and the other Bluetooth device are withinthe maximum Bluetooth range (10 m). 3. On your device, launch the Settings app, tap Connections, and thentap the Bluetooth switch to re-activate it. 4. On your device, launch the Settings app, tap General management> Reset >Reset network settings > Reset settings> Reset to reset network settings. You may lose registered informationwhen performing the reset. 5. If you use Bluetooth, the device may be affected by electronic interferencefrom other devices. Avoid using the device near other devices that transmitradio waves.

Similar: I want to use a clock radio app for my morning alarm. I have tried 2 and they work fine until I try to have it play through a Bluetooth speaker, even though they are very close together. The speaker is plugged in so it's not timing out. When my other alarm wakes me, I can immediately use the app to listen to the radio, so the mobile & the speaker are still connected. But having a Bluetooth connection seems to pause the app. Any ideas?
