May I know what else needs to be done cos i'm a busy person and I don't have much time to talk over the phone. I've tried every t/shooting except factory resetting the phone which I think is ridiculous and even more time-consuming to do because it didn't happen on my previous software updates. Can we just raise a ticket over here please, so I don't have to do it over the phone? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
