Answer call

I would like someone to tell me exactly how to answer this phone, a21s. I have tried tapping the green phone on screen, but it did not answer, then I tried to start at green phone and swipe right, swiped from centre to green phone. All of these do not answer , and I then have to call them back

U can also go to settings > accessibility > interaction and dexterity > assistant menu > on > single tap to swipe
