How to get RED Icon on Incoming Calls on Phone app ?

Update on A21s today and now RED arrrow on Incoming phone calls on Calls has gone.   Anyone know how to Fix ?  Anyone know any themes with clear big Red and Green separate icons for Incoming and Outgoing Calls ?

Hi @Janie616, can you upload a screenshot of what your call screen looks like so that I can look into this for you?

Top and bottom calls are Incoming but can't tell. No red arrow/icon. Greyish In arrow hardly distinguishable from the green out arrows. Used to be brighter clearer green and obvious red, so could distinguish in and out calls at a glance.

Hi @janie616, the red icon is usually to indicate missed calls whilst grey indicates inbound that were answered. 

Hope this clarifies things for you :)

No these red icons are still there for missed calls.
But the INCOMING answered calls arrow used to be noticeable and red so you can tell Outgoing and Incoming calls apart.

This is older ph but how this A21s also looked like before update 2days ago.
This one has green arrow for incoming calls, red for outgoing calls, and the red missed calls.
Whereas this phone had Red Incoming, green outgoing (still) and the missed.
Just want different colours back so I can easily tell which is incoming and outgoing.
The grey and pale green now look the same. I needed to increase the screen size and really stare at which dirrection the arrow was pointing.
Just want any solution to have different colours we can tell apart on normal looking screen. I tried some themes before and went back to defat bcos the themes didnt have the different colours.

Arrow only changed to Grey from Red when updated 4May. The Incoming calls Arrow.

Good morning @janie616, thank you for your patience. These changes are due to the software update and cannot be reverted. The solution would be to find a theme from the Galaxy Store that offers the red call icon.
