Logitech K480 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard

Hi, I recently bought a Logitech K480 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard for my A71.

This works while typing on email, texts messages, google... but not Facebook messenger!! Im on that all day and it won't work.....

Any ideas on how I can make it work?
